Joelle Williams (75)

I graduated from college in Fredericksburg, VA and taught in the area before moving back overseas to teach. Worked for DoD schools in Iwakuni and Misawa, Japan.

Never wanted to get married. A navy civil
engineer changed my mind. Moved back to the states (Alexandria, VA; Monterey, CA; Groton, CT). It was too difficult to become certified to teach in each place the NAV sent us so I started working for health departments and non-profit agencies teaching violence prevention, sexual assault prevention, anger management, conflict resolution, etc.

Mark retired and we moved to Annapolis. Free time in warm weather finds us on our
sailboat; chillier days we're working on our

own episode of "This Ol' House." Mark's a GS civilian slug with the NAV now and I'm working at Planned Parenthood. DIOD - dual income, one dog.  I haven't been to any of the AISAAM San Jose gigs but the DC Reunion in '96 and the Reunion Cruise in '98 (see photo) were a blast. If the DC Retro Reunion is as fun as the planning meetings it should be a WILD weekend. I'm looking forward to seeing eberyjuan den.
