Friday evening, there was a cocktail hour with plenty of San Miguel.   Alums then enjoyed a tropical buffet which included jerk spice flank steak,  pineapple barbecue chicken, mango jicama slaw, and desserts of coconut lime cheesecake and mango mousse cake.
